Rushbrook Trail

This waterfront trail was well-used and well-loved by locals until a landslide took out a major section of the trail 14 years ago. Since then, the trail has closed to the public, until a community effort to restore and revitalize this path took shape.

The team behind the trail enhancement efforts included the Rotary Club of Prince Rupert, the Kaien Island Trail Enhancement and Recreation Society (KITEARS), the Port of Prince Rupert, the City of Prince Rupert, CN and Pinnacle Renewable Energy Group. They came to Rapid Gantry to design and create a new sign that would welcome in this new era of use for Rushbrook.

We’re super proud to have been involved in this community project. Thanks to all the community partners and locals who made Rushbrook Trail happen!
